Knowledge Organization & Access
At the heart of curating physical collections and digital information are decisions and expertise on the best ways to arrange information and provide access to it. Increasingly, this includes working to integrate various fragmented organizational systems into more useful forms. On a personal level, I feel a great sense of fascination with order and how our organizational choices reflect our conceptualizations of the world; on a practical level, I have sought classes and projects that have allowed me to explore these areas (see below):
The Global Health Data Exchange (GHDx) project
